I'm a regular at this hotel. But over the past year or so the service has deteriorated. The room was good. Beds were comfortable. Location is good. The breakfast buffet was very nice and has a lot of varieties and the staff serving breakfast were all very helpful and friendly.

As it is a Sarovar Portico, I was expecting more however it was fine. The breakfast was ok not so good and very limited. rooms are good and clean. Location was fine because the access to hotel was from back side of the hotel so front access was blocked .

Over all good experience. Mattresses in the room of very soft. Uncomfortable to sleep on. Could not sleep the whole night.

The room keys were not working for both the days. The basic amenities like toiletries were missing in the room. The breakfast was not fresh, was stale. Overall extremely disappointing experience. Wont be coming here again.
